THEM

Today I had lunch with 2 designer friends who have just relocated from NYC to LA.  After we finished our meal we strolled down the block to this place I had heard about in passing a few weeks back.  The entrance was at 1317 Palmetto Street, Downtown.  Through the doors we found a little world of intrigue.  It is a shop.  It is a workspace.  It is called THEM.  It was awesome.

PANTS

Yesterday was my son's 2nd Birthday.  My dad writes a song for him every time he is born, or has a birthday.  The kid does not really care for clothes.  The song is called "Pants".  Below is not a movie.  It is my jankey attempt to bring Papa Kamm's music to you, along with a snapshot of Julien having a moment of repose before the party.  I hate technology, why can't I just attach the song and the photo?  I love my dad.  I love my naked kid.  I can hear him right now. "WOW", as the sound of glass beer bottles smash into the cooler.  I guess he is ready for the after party.  He is wearing a hoodie, socks, and Vans.  No pants.  Enjoy.
