The April Issue of Dwell
So I was sitting on a slightly damp and extremely lumpy couch last week in Central America, flipping through the April issue of Dwell when I was overwhelmed with delight. I was first just so glad to learn that someone on this planet is named Varpu, page 106... Then equally thrilled to see a Jesse Kamm for CERNO lamp in a Ford & Ching advertisement on page 133.

HOME AGAIN, HOME AGAIN, LICKITY SPLIT
AHHHH the tropics were a dream, but not without a hitch or two.
On the plane to Panama, my seat mate became ill. Luckily this handsomely packaged Sic-Sac was available. It may have been too complicated for a 1 1/2 year old, as he chose to just use my shirt.
We had lots of fresh fish, fresh eggs, and fruit for days. The surf came up. We had a blast. I surfed my best waves yet to date, Luke got tubed, and I came home with a black eye from a wipeout on a head high wave. Adios Panama, we love you so!

THE BOARDWALK

My day. These folks are so awesome. The boy on the right is my son's great-grandfather. The man next to him is his great-great-grandfather. Those bloomers have me stunned with envy. Great Grandma Sylvia reminds me of Coco. Jesse Kamm Spring 2012 perhaps??? Would you wear it? Thanks Golda Bear.
