BABBLING ABOUT EL PORTO

I was sitting in the water at El Porto the other day.  There were no waves, so I did not have much else to do but think.  And think, and think, and think.  I decided that the oil refinery and water treatment plant are actually quite stunning.  Like maybe Richard Serra consulted on structure one, and Chris Burden on structure two. Yes I do believe so.  I am very into the idea of finding grace amidst toxic waste.   I am also very into making face masks out of kelp.  Not like an anti-aging kind, but more like a mexican wresting. You feel me?
